My family has been in several Apartments over the last few years, and this by far surpasses the others we have lived in. The maintanence workers have responded sometimes within two hours of our request, the longest wait being 24 hours. The staff there is fabulous. They are professional, and are quick to answer questions and assist with any problems I have had... which have been very minimal. (I don't know where some of these other reviewers lived, but it must not have been here.)

The amentiies are beyond normal for an apartment complex: sand and water volleyball courts, two 25-meter swimming lanes, and an additional huge resort-style pool. There's even a huge area only 12" deep- perfect for little kids.

I have seen Dell employees, college students, and families with 2 kids here, and all living wonderfully within the complex. I have seen or heard of any cars broken into, and we have never had a problem parking in front of our building... and we have two cars.

There are those I am sure who are terrible renters, and can only imaging that's the only way someone could have a one-star experience here. We searched from Georgetown to North Austin, and San Paloma Apartments far exceeded the others in terms of amenities, apartment, and price combined.

You must work for this place, I too work for Dell, and I will tell you, it is common knowledge not to live at San Paloma, the office staff is rude, the maintenance is shabby, the big thing is just wait until you move and see how much you like them then!!

You must work there, I have been there for 5 years, and I can tell you maintenance is very delayed. I've had to wait as long as a month for maintenance requests to be handled. I've never been late, never been charged a fine, but I will tell you the place has deferred maintenance everywhere. It needs to be painted badly, there's rotting fascia everywhere you look and the grass is dead, the equipment in the gym is really outdated. (Almost killed myself on the treadmill because it slips when you run on it) The tanning beds, are basic and the bulbs are never changed and the pool is filled with people who don't even live here. The staff is rude and if you want something done you better call back 100 times to make sure it's handled. I'd classify myself as a good tenant, but I will tell you this place sucks. Oh, and with each renewal despite the horrible service and the lack of upkeep, they raise the rent year after year.... If you're looking to move, keep looking don't move here!

I have been here for 2 years and have been miserable for 18 months. Loud neighbors, drug deals, loud fights in the parking lot in early morning hours. Being stalked by staff. I have lived in several Apartments in the Austin Round Rock area. The only thing this place has going for it is the pool and they count on that. Yet there were no chairs for months before their Pool Party.
