Enjoyed my time with San Paloma

I just recently moved out of San Paloma and did not have the same problems that a lot of the people on this website are saying they had. When I was getting ready to move the office sent a list to my door of what to clean and even gave me another list of the paint color so I could do touch-ups myself ( I did have to call the office for this note). But just the other day I received over a $1,000.00 back of my deposit! I called to thank the office for making the process quick and easy and was asked to write on this website I didn t understand why, until now. People who enjoy where they live and don t have any problem (besides the normal issues that go along with living in apartments i.e. noise, parking, neighbors) do not spend their personal time writing hateful and rude comments about people they don t know. It truly sadness me to find so many negative comments about a place I loved living at.
Yes there are little creepy crawlers around, but we live in Austin and there is a wooded area right behind the property. I to received a notice for trash (with a $25 fine), but I was aware of the time and just didn t follow it one day thinking it would be ok. To my surprise I was sent the note that goes to show Management did stay on top of the property.
I wish everyone the best of luck in finding a new home to live, but keep in mind who is writing these reviews before you choose to not tour a property. I can only assume that every property in Austin has similar reviews from upset people.

If you are truthful about your review then I am happy for you. Why would you use Anonymous username to write such a raving review. May be you got $1000 from San Paloma to write the review. I know many people who live here or have lived in the past and not anyone got a full refund, rarely anyone got 50% of the money back. That makes me think, did you put a deposit of $2000 or this is one hit wonder by San Paloma.

No Sir/Ma'am I choose to post the review ??anonymous?? to prevent any upset people from having my personal email address. It was a privacy issue however I can state that I was a resident of a three bedroom in building one. I am assuming that you are one of those upset residents. To clarify your assumptions my original lease deposit was $1,325.00. I have taken time out of my life to praise a location that I spent several good years in, but I will not get into a dispute battle with immature adults. Thank you for your response to my review I will take it with a grain of salt assuming that you lost your deposit because your apartment was not left in a clean and neat condition.
