I love my Home at San Paloma. The Ladies in the Office are so helpful and caring. I feel safe and secure. When I call the office about needing help or assistance with anything, San Paloma is so willing to help me and my daughter. The grounds at San Paloma are so beautiful and captivating. I'm proud to invite family and friends over. The facilities are like heaven on earth. I'm so thankful for San Paloma Apartments.

I am laughing my A** off after reading the glorious review above. Let me guess you are one of the ladies who lives in this community with your daughter, but also happen to sit in the rental office because you are an employee here. If it was not for the location as my workplace is across the street, I would never stay here in the first place. Unfortunately I am stuck here for another couple months until the end of my lease. I am outta here after that to one of the other apartment complexes next door. Hopefully there management will atleast be better to talk to. The staff here at Sam Paloma is full of arrogant workers sitting in the office..

Oh and another thing, San Paloma management, keep posting these postive reviews, I will continue to reply to them with the TRUTH. If you want people to leave good reviews, start providing good service, and clean up the place and tell the maintenance guys to get off their butt and QUIT hanging out at the pool. That's my advice to you.

I agree San Paloma is a "-----hole", maybe she is the fat lady who is getting to paid to live in this dump. San Paloma not only needs a face lift but also just basic maintenance. The maintenance guys are always drinking beer and scratching their asses at the pool. Especially, the one guy, who looks like he just escaped Huntsville and the other fat dude who is always hitting on women left and right, get a life! I was so glad to move out of this property, who wants to live in a place which is poorly managed, no maintenance, and rodents running all around, YUCK!

This post is sooooooo laughable! LMAO!! It seems like the manager or an employee wrote this. This person LOVES the offfice, facilities, and grounds. Yep, an employee wrote this! I like living at San Paloma but people who actually live here would NEVER write a review like this. And if they did write a review like this they would not only include information about the office staff, grounds, and facilities; they would also include information about their apartment, neighbors, and things of that sort. The office staff seems corrupt when they do things like post fake laughable reviews on this website.

I agree...how corrupt is that! They can get any good reviews so they post their own that arent even true. Wow...they sure have stooped to a new low. What is it gonna take to get rid of the horribly rude and corrupt management so this place might have a chance in the future....you would have to be stupid to move in now after reading all the truthful things that actually go on there...plain stupid.
