This place used to be upscale, with great management. Of course, all those people are gone. They fired the security guard, and the gates never work.

What kind of people do you think $1 move in and no deposit attracts... yep, "those" people. Lots of low riders in the horrible parking lot, 2 break ins in the last month, and lots of noise. Not to mention tons of locals use the pool on the weekends, so don't expect to be able to use it if you live there. This place is absolutely awful,and I can't wait to move out.

Hmmmmm, do you REALLY live HERE...I don't think so. LOL! San Paloma has never had a $1 move in and $0 deposit. The projects and government housing doesn't even have specials that damn good. Also, your statement of "Don't expect to use the pool if you live there" is also of some concern. Key word: THERE! You said "there" because you don't live HERE in San Paloma. Stop posting fake reviews.

Ghettooo is correct, you do not know what those awfull people do in that office to get the getto rats to live there. All they care about is money, not people. Be careful when you move out, they will report you to collections for false reasons and make up charges.
