The worst management and maintenance.The staff is not at all friendly. May be they are good with only their race.

Not at all a safe place. Gates don't seem to work. Multiple thefts in one week.

Roaches. The management don't seem to bother even after complaining.

Maintenance issues:

Patio door lock works intermittently and the maintenance guy will not replace it. In turn asks the resident to follow trail and error method in order to lock it. Try multiple times and it will work once in a while.

In texas hot summer (105 F) the AC stopped working. It was running low on coolent. But the maintenance guy comes over and replaces the filter which is of no use. They say it is not an emergency issue. He comes the next day evening to add coolent.

The ladies in the office are ------- bithces. I know it is rude to say that but they deserve it. Very unfriendly and arrogant. Until you dign the lease they pretend to be friendly. Once you sign the paperwork, their arrogant attitude will come out. They messed up my lease paperwork and all their manager can say is "I can't do anything now." Does not even bother to apologise or see if there are any alternatives.

I can go on and on about the issues I faced. But all I wanted to say is "Stay away from this place." Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level are the crucial aspects of apt management and unfortunately san paloma managements lacks all those. There are so many other apartments in 78753 zip code that are in good condition and the staff is friendly.
