3 gun shootings in September 2022 on property

A ripoff
The water bill is a ripoff 145.00 and with multiple charges on sewage. Also they don't care about the noise complaints that you will put. Gerry or Geri manger is the worst person to want to talk to at the office. I avoid her atā¦Ā See More >anonymous

We chose this community moving from Portland. It has been up to par with what we thought it would be. Great staff and awesome ammenities. Clean, good parking and very mellow. Feel right at home. Will renew if we stay in Austin.
