I would have to agree with the other two reviews, San Remo is a nice place to live compared to other places in West Campus. With that said, it is really expensive as most other places and the apartments are small. If you get a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment 1 room will not have the ability to be locked so hopefully you not only trust your roommates, but also their friends. Management has it's good days, but they do have some pretty bad days. Last year you could call all day and no one would ever be in the office to answer the phone. They like to show your apartment, if you don't resign, which I understand, but only give you about 10 minutes notice if they are not already in their car and on their way. Management is not located on site so sometimes your neighbors have to sign for your packages. The maintance men are really nice and fix everything pretty quickly. Parking is a pain, and yes people in this apartment complex will call the tow truck company if a resident is taking up more than one space, because there is barely enough parking. There aren't any connections for washer/dryers in 1/1 or 2/1.5, so be prepared to go to the laundry mat. The washers/dryers on the premises rarely work. The apartment complex overall is pretty quiet, and most people keep to themselves. It's an okay place to live, especially since it's only an 8 minute walk to campus. I lived here for awhile and overall it's too bad.

I would like to address this post. We are very busy in the office and are on property or the other line most of the time. If you have a question or concern, leave a message. Parking is tight and that's why we employ a towing company, so please call. It's not our responsibility to sign for your packages, it's a liability and we do it out of courtesy. The laundry room is never functional because people keep breaking in to the washer's and dryer's for the quarters. It would help if residents would close the door behind them so the locking mechanism can lock. Thanks for your comments, I'm sure other's will find it helpful.
