Once New Management took over, they required ALL animals (cats included) to be on a leash when outside. If you have cats,the need to be kept indoors. Also, you are responsible for lightbulbs, AC filter, and the grease traps when you leave, and the lease says that if Management is unhappy with anything, they can charge you to replace it- above and beyond your deposit. With the way Management is acting, I'm afraid they will charge me for things I'm not responsible for under the guise of "lightbulb replacement" at $50 per bulb.

I moved out on 1/30/06. My deposit was $200 and I think I got back $120 iirc. Some of the things I got charged with I didn't agree with (except the charge for cleaning the oven. I left it dirty because it wasn't worth the charge to scrub that thing). If you leave it in good condition you should be fine. If you are really worried about it you can request to be there when they go over all that stuff (They have to; it is the law).
