..i am going on my third year living in Sandstone and have been extremely happy and satisfied with all it has to offer. If you are looking to live on the east side you really won't find a cleaner/safer/ more affordable spot. Yes,car break-ins do happen from time to time..but not nearly as often as anything on the west campus side of town. The neighborhood is changing for the better each day and as time goes by things become more pleasant on this side of town.(new restaurants and coffee house) In regards to the new management..sure change brings adjustments..but what i have noticed immediately is brighter/safer outside lights(that work!)..better/more frequent garbage pick up..no more overflow every week which was awful!..the maintenance has been a HUGE improvement..things actually get done..and you can trust them to get it done right. I have never felt unsafe here. I have never had to complain about a neighbor/parties/noise. New management also has brought in a new clubhouse complete with computer access/printer/huge flat screen t.v./state-of-the-art excercise equipment/and game table. The bottom line is this..if you are looking to live on the east side...this is without a doubt your best option. Shop around. You will see that I am right. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

What a great review! If only it didn't sound like it was posted by the management, I'd be a lot more inclined to believe it.

The lights were changed before the new manager. And the club room or whatever was in the works as well. The more frequent garbage pick ups does sound good. It was a pain when they were fixing an apartment for a new person and filled the dumpster a day after it was just picked up.
