I have lived here one year, and other than hearing my neighbors shower pipes, I can honestly say I have enjoyed living here. The managment is pretty good. The only other thing I could say is the laundry leaves a lot to be desired. It seems like there is always one washer not working or one or two dryers not working. It is seldom they are all working at the same time. I have only had a couple of times that the party was too loud out in the parking lot.. or the houses behind the complex, and one time my neighbor had a late nite party.. the music was too loud. I feel very safe here. I would recommend the 2nd or third floor.
