Where do I start, well I think the manager must be on something or sniffs white out while on the job and likes to talk really fast and I have seen her wear her sunglasses at night and maintenance is retarded and makes all repairs with crazy glue or a hot glue gun, there are possum running rampant all over the property, there is mold in the apartments, believe or not the roof's leak like a monsoon into certain apartments and its more like its raining inside instead of outside, and when it leaks it goes into the electrical housing of our lighting fixtures, now I don't know about you but I just have a feeling this not safe and a potentional fire hazard, hmmmmm. Its a gated community but whats the point if everyone knows the secret code and it keeps all the negative locked in. People were always moving out and breaking their leases and if you feel like getting ripped off just hand them some of your hard earned cash for a gate card that is supposed to be free, they will gladly accept and pocket it. The windows are placed very high on the wall thus giving the impression that you are in prison, not that I have been in prison but some tenants who reside there told me so.
