i really wanted to like this place, and i tried. the parking lot situation is insane, badly managed. i rented from june04-jan05, and in that time there were three complex managers, and the office is usually closed. i didn't feel safe at all. the maint. staff was nice, but that and being 2 blks from a 24 hr walgreens are the only highlights... needless to say, i broke my lease.
