Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in December of 2005. New management took over in November of '05 and I have seen such an improvement in the attitudes of the new management and maintenance staff. Also, the new management is renovating the bldgs. which look awesome! The staff is so friendly and professional and I've heard (and researched) that the management company, Martine Properties, is wonderful! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well managed, professional and ethical staff.
