I don't agree... I've lived here for 3 years now and since the new management took over, this place has really turned around. The old staff was terrible, but the new office staff has never been rude to me, in fact they have been very helpful on many occasions. I think the main problem is that many of the residents are kids who are used to getting whatever they want, and when it doesn't happen they get upset.. They are not there to baby sit you. It is by far the best price in the area, calm, peaceful, and quiet.
