Sedona Springs Apartments

Noisy, Over-Priced and the Staff is Rude From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   All I can say is that I agree with all of the negative reviews I've read here. Also, a word of advice to anyone unlucky enough to be dealing with these people: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They will trick you out of oddball charges and fees. I doubt if any of this is legal, but most people pay because it's easier than going to court. ***Regarding some of the other reviews: It's not just that the noise-level is so damn excessive; it's that staff doesn't care one bit when you tell them about any problems. ***Be advised also, that there is lots of "fine print" as well as charges that aren't in your lease at all. For example: True, you can go month-to-month, but the first mo is your rent PLUS $200.00, the 2nd mo is your rent PLUS $300, then $400.00 etc. And they add unusual fees on top of that. You hear alot of shouting, usually, the main office. ***And once you are a tenant, THEY'LL LIE TO YOU & SAY THEY AREN'T OFFERING ANY DEALS TO NEW RENTERS. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. Also: don't bother complaining to the main company that owns Sedona, they're even ruder than the Sedona staff. *** Stay away from this place. Beware, Beware.
