Sedona Springs Apartments

Problems at Sedona Apts. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   See the other negative reviews; unfortunately, they all are true. Tremendous turn-over of office staff, general rudeness, surprise fees, unhappy tenants, lots of yelling in the main office, staff misplacing rental checks, the walls are hopelessly thin (We could hear our neighbors using the bathroom, their alarm clocks woke US up in the morning, etc, etc). Dog poop all over, dogs not on leashes, maintenance orders get lost, they trick you out of money (saying non-refundable fees are refundable), etc. Etc, etc, etc. If you value your sanity, don't rent from Sedona. This is one unpleasant place.
