Sedona Springs Apartments

I am so surprised From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I heard about this site from a co-worker and took a look. I can't believe some of the things that folks are saying on here about Sedona Springs. I have lived here for 3 years and have seen some folks come and go in the office and in the maintenance staff. Just like any other job, there is always going to be turnover - we're not living in your grandparents erra where people retire from the job they started. People move, get promoted, move on to other things, etc. Do you really expect that just because these folks work at an apartment they will stay there forever' Since I have been a long term tenant, I can speak and attest that the current staff is one of the best ones I have had in my 3 years here. They are responsive, polite, service oriented and I just could not be happier with the attention that I receive from all of them. Sedona Springs does have various fees and when I have signed my leases and or renewals, they always explain everything to me in detail as to what I am signing and what fees I should expect. I would have to assume that those of you on here who claim there are "hidden" fees, are obviously not paying attention. I have to question your ability to make good judgement calls - if you just sign anything without reading and fully understanding, I have some things I'd like to sell you, starting with a bridge in Arizona. Come on people - dont' blame these poor people who put up with you and your inability to know what you are siging - READ. There's nothing hidden. If you're considering moving here, don't listen to to these sour pusses - instead, listen to those of us who have lived here for a long time. I know there's not many of us on here posting - guess that's because we're not unhappy.
