For the price, Sedona Springs is not worth it. At all. -We were shown a much nicer apartment than we were actually provided. This isn't a big deal, as a lot of apartment complexes do this. -Maintenance is a complete joke. ... more

Ordinary apartment with worst management

The apartment and it's facilities are nothing but ordinary, however the management is a lot worse. They seemed to have a policy of making big money from the tenant when he/she vacates the place by charging ridiculous and unreasonable fees. ... more

Roaches everywhere
