Parking is ALWAYS a problem for which NOTHING is done.

Maintenance ALWAYS requires multiple trips and things still dont get fixed properly.

Except for noisy tenants and noise from the neighboring community, the complex is relatively quiet and the units are incredibly spacious.

Bad tenants are also responsible for messy pets and trash all over the parking lot.

While the grass is mowed on a regular basis, the buildings arent being taken care of.

They could use some paint and TLC.

Part-time management doesnt help the problems.

If you want large spacious rooms this is the place, but if you want a professionally managed complex with obvious care and concern for the premises, this ISNT it!
