Parking is always a problem. Abandoned cars are never towed. Residents don't ensure that guests are using visitor parking and thus I could never park in front of my own building. The office hours are terrible. It's never open and the mgmt staff changes every month since this complex is a training unit for the company that owns these units. Maintainence guy is not nice and doesn't respond to emergencies until he's darn good and ready to. Rooms are big and rent was fairly cheap, but I found a brand new house for cheaper than the rent I was paying. Buidings need much TLC. Stairwells are falling apart and nails stuck up from the wood making the walk to my front door a danger zone.
