Probably not the best price in town but I like my place.
Maintenence isnt the best but they do get things done eventually.
They got a new roof a while back but dont take care of it, the trees are laying on it in places.
I have had a few bad neighbors over the years but mostly good, of course no apartment can descriminate against young loud kids if they have the money.
Probably want second floor since upstairs kids can jump around alot and you can hear that through the roof. Some units are ground floor entrance but second floor so thats the best of both worlds.
Close parking is good in some areas of the complex, bad in others.

A while back this bi*chy manager was brought in named DL who kicked out a bunch of good people because they had big dogs. In some cases the dogs size was known at the time of the lease, they were still forced out. A few months later she was replaced and they started allowing larger dogs again. Use caution if you are a pet owner. Make sure you have a signed copy of everything, especially your pet deposit paperwork as they lost mine and it took a lot of effort to prove that I had payed it 5 years after I moved in. They wanted me to pay it again because my copy wasnt signed and they lost their copy of everything. Luckily I had 4 year old check reciepts for the exact amount of the deposit but it was still a fight. MAKE SURE ITS ALL IN WRIGHTING AND PROVES YOU PAID YOUR DEPOSITS!
They have never lost a rent check though.
My place is spacious and well layed out.
The rent has only gone up about $40 in all 7 years. I am comfortable here and will likely stay unless I buy a house.
Crime seems low, maybe every other year there are a few car breakins, an occasional domestic disturbance. Nothing unusual for apartments.

Key Notes:

* Pet friendly (but see notes above)
* Washer/Dryer in apartment
* Nice location with lots of trees
* Expanding roads in future may cause some congestion, not sure
* Probably better deals up on north 183. Check around, you could save 200/mo or more, but I like the area.
