We lived here for a year and loved it. Even got money back after we moved out. We just kept the place clean and we didnt have a problem.Manager and staff seem to know everybody there, and it makes you feel like you are at home. Not just and apartment.
The entire community is the same. REsidents were always very friendly.
Never had to look for a parking spot, actually had a choice of more than one.
Sound level awesome, extra thick walls and
never had a problem with any neighbors.
The landscape crew was always there and very polite. Grounds great.
Property is in oak hill and we always felt safe. Apartment is a little older but was built as a condo so everything seamed to be in good condition and when something broke usually had no problem getting it fixed. Especially if it was important.
The maintenance guy is really nice, sometimes it would take a little bit of time to get some things done, but they were always working on it very hard. Didnt bother me.
