management ruining lovely community

lived here for two years, great nieghbors, quiet complex. Management has changed recently and taken the property downhill. Maintenance requests get lost by management. Management is completely rude and unhelpful. Our Unit has been flooded several times and problem is still not addressed properly. Property itself is in dire need of repairs in regard to safety issues (ie: railings, stairs,etc) I would think twice before renting!!!!
