Get some kind of receipt for money paid! Every month I have to argue with management about rent. It gets credited to other apratments or completly lost, tho the check has posted at the bank. Plus they will make up late fees and such. Of the 4 months I have lived here, I have had AC for two. I do not have hot water, I have WARM water, barely enough to take a shower. My repair request was put in over a month ago. The swimming pools are either green or have large dogs swimming in them. NonEnglish speaking children think the hottub is a giant bubble bath tub to pour shampoo in. Its true, the "security gate" is always wide open. The "well lit" jogging trail is lucky to have 2 lights and the excercise room... what a joke... its more like a closet. Stay away!
