Others have mentioned the drugs, break ins, and vagrants, but by all means don't forget the prostitutes in and around the place.

A good way to market the place would be to call it a one stop shop. Go there if you want drugs, a cheap car stereo and a happy ending. I'm sure the girls outside the gates, or a few who live there would be glad to accomodate you. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
