The typical resident seems to be a young, modest family, which says something for the security. Often there are parties/family gatherings in the green areas, which can either be charming or annoying, depending on your perspective. The apartments aren't spring chickens, but they're in good shape. The staff is attentive and recognizes the tenants. They also seem to be improving the overall state of the property.
