I sold my home and moved here to be with family. I love this place. The responses about not paying rent on time , give them your check postdated in advance if you are planning on being out of town. Hey you get charged late fee on mortgages when one day late. The staff is absolutely wonderful. You can even go online for maintenance problems or just drop by office or call. They get to it right away. Almost all the staff live here so we are all friends. They have a dog park, fabulous pool, and have not run into any neighbor I do not like. Many have lived here for a long time. I have lived here over 2 years. The complex is quiet and grounds are very well kept.
