Roscoe still cheating Tenants

Roscoe took a lesson from Al when they bought the place. When I moved out, they didnt have time to do a walk through with me, and said they couldonly do it after I left. They said to just make sure it was clean, and I would get my deposit back since they were remodeling.
Well, we are still fighting over my deposit.
When I moved in the forest green carpet had a bleach stain on it that I covered with a rug. They charged me $100 for carpet cleaning. However, after I moved out they ripped it out and installed wood floors as part of their remodel.
They also charged me for 'CLEANING THE APPLICANCES' when they actually bought NEW appliances since mine were from 1975 or earlier. By the way, those appliances were SPOTLESS.
My deposit is paying for their remodel. They made a bigger investment than they expected and I am payingfor it!! BEWARE!!
