I like this place - I suppose low rent and good location have something to do with it. As some mentioned, there have been recent renovations such as (faux) wood floors that really improve the look and feel of the apartment. Laundry's $1 per load, I've always been able to park in the lot out back, never had or heard about car or apartment burglary here. One time I heard yelling from next door but mostly the neighbors are quiet, and polite if not overly friendly. I can't speak to move-out procedures/policies since I'm still here! The one thing I'm not fond of is the management company; they're sort of snippy and impersonal. Haven't had any problems (yet!) though, and at this point I would live here again.
