Shady Oaks South

If youve ever seen the Movie Joes apartment, its an accurate description of Shady Oaks. Weve gone through hell our entire lease dealing with the roach infestation. All they could do if we complained enough, they'll send a pest guy to put a brown paste in the cabinets to kill them....dosnt work.
*At one point my girlfriend had to get a roach pulled out of her ear and they would do nothing to help us
*The laundry facilities will rob you of whatever change you have and you'll be lucky if your clothes are dry in the end
*The Showerhead fell off out of nowhere
*Theres almost a complete lack of water pressure in the sink
*Im having to leave my Microwave, my Clock, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster and other items behind because the roaches have taken over the insides of them...(the clock stopped working 6 months in to the lease)
*Weve been missing a drawer in the kitchen since day 1
*The Doorknob to our bedroom completely broke not long into the lease agreement

We tried to get the leasing office to work with us and they blew us off every time saying "if we had to help you with your hospital bill, we would have to do that for everyone else" !!! i should have sued them but were leaving so were putting it behind us, but not before letting you know that THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!
