Roach infestation, gang activity"45x Bloods" which are mainly car theives , sparking outlets, copper theft hence organized crime, poor management which is an understatement, almost no maintenance due to only one worker for over 160 apartments as well as the aforementioned statement of poor management, Illegal dumping in dumpsters and in recycling bins...I think I do not need to mention any more but there is a longer list of problems which I will not bother to mention as this I think is enough to get anyone who reads this a good idea of what they are getting in to.
