Only consider if you won't need repairs completed in a timely manner. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The layout and square footage of the apartment complex is great. Pool is surrounded by the units. Close laundry facilities. There is a constant dripping of water from the roof area onto the balcony's and steps below. The over hanging of trees keep the pool littered. Do NOT have any maintenance issues. If you have to deal with the upper management group you are in for major frustrations. It's a father/daughter team. They are defensive, rude, and talk to the tenants as if they are stupid. They will go as far, on many occassions, to say the problems have been fixed and don't understand what the issue is. One fridge gone, several months with no air conditioning, two ceiling fans blown, black scortch marks on electrical outlets, and fuse box "ticking" all the time.
