Shoreline Apartments

excellent deal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived here at Shoreline Apartments for about 2 years. It's a great deal too. Rent has gone down the past two leases. I'm paying $55 less per month than when I moved in. They give me a $100 bonus when I sign a new lease. Maintenance is more than super, they fix stuff right away, like the same day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Extended cable is free. The apartment layout is great, plenty of space and nicely designed. The a/c units are new and efficient. It's located convenient to downtown. Ok, so the outside is grey and not so interesting, it's not a fancy schmancy place, but for the money it's super. People are friendly and quiet, security is good. Town Lake is nearby, the hike and bike trail is just right there. It's the best deal I've had on an apartment since I moved to Austin in 1979.
