good deal, decent people From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   this is an ok place to live if you're on a budget (or a UT student, like me). there are lots of other students here and it is pretty safe; we've never had any problems with burglury or theft. the staff is also very nice and work with you if you have any problems. overall, the rent is amazing and it's a great place to live if you dont want to spend too much money.
