Like a previous review, you really get what you pay for. This no luxurious apartment complex, nor is it at all safe. You just have to be careful of what you leave outdoors and make sure you don't leave anything expensive/important inside your vehicle.
The rooms are big and they will clean up the carpets before you move in. I have yet to request any maintenance service, so I can't complain about the poor service just yet. My roommate and I have our own bathrooms, so it that is very convenient.
I hate roaches, and I would not live on the bottom floor. I live upper level, so it is more difficult for them to crawl up into the rooms. They do crawl through the tub pipe every now-and then.
Parking is so-so. I don't have much problem on myside of the field finding parking. It does get crowded at times though.
This is just a one year contract for me, so I should be out of here sometimes next year.
This place is not extremely noisy. They have family and school students, so it really exceeded my expectations. No frats/sorority freaks or group parties blaring music 24/7.
The laundry room has MUCH to be desired. It is just a crappy room with a couple of old/broken down washing machines. I think there are 6 washing machines installed, but I noticed half of them (yes, that's THREE for you who have trouble with math) half filled with water not used. I was told those meant that the machines are currently broken down. I just take my clothes to the nearby laundry mat to clean.
Yeah, don't be fooled by the "security gate", hahaha.....
