get ready to pay for many extras From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Some of the things we had to pay for are: 2 broken car windows, 3 car stereos one of them was stolen within 10 mins of leaving the car unattended but still locked, and a bike. We had our car broken into 4 times and our neighbors had their car broken into 2 times. This is within the 6 months it took us to wait out our lease. I still live on the east side of I35 so it's not exactly the neighborhood, it's just this specific location. Many sketchy people loiter just on the other side of the fence with is frequently broken (for easier entry access) After a large number of people complained the only thing that the office did for it's renters was put up a sign that said don't keep valuables in your car. (I don't know about the others but that didn't really make me feel safe) also, a couple fights broke out but... I guess that's normal, right' oh and bugs but maintenance did come by once to put out traps.
