Well, if you want cheap in ATX...These are definately CHEAP for what you get. If you can stand turning on your kitchen light, or bathroom light to see roaches scurrying across the counters. Don't ever leave any open food, coffee pots, anything you don't want contaminated by roach feces. I mean it is INFESTED!! My girlfriend woke up one night to a roach IN HER HAIR!! We've found them in our bed, on the counters, under cabinets, EVERYWHERE!! We asked the manager to spray, but hmmm, they never did.
Some pretty low-class people running around these places..random homeless walking through the lot. Some drug dealers lived katty-korner to us, one day the were just "gone"....arrested' evicted' I don't know...but strange people were coming through all hours of the day and night.
Laundry facilities...don't even try it...use a laundromat!
In conclusion, if you be CAREFUL, lock your cars, your doors, windows, etc...you might be fine...that is if you don't mind sharing with roaches and other "creatures" in the walls.
I am still waiting to get my deposit back and it's been 2 months since I turned in my keys...may have to fight that to get it back.
