I mean, their peaceful crack addicts, which is a plus... I suppose. Lets bring attention to the incompetent management. Its almost like they beg you to berrate them with insults. Not to mention that they are hardly ever on site.
The residents litter the grounds and there is no maintanence on site to clean up the strewn about mail flyers, styrofoam cups, and Fiesta-mart Shopping carts that line the parking lot.
For the last two weeks I have seen the same clear garbage bags filled with grimey discarded blankets sit in the parkinglot.
