I moved into these apt homes a few years ago. They were very nice and quiet. Since then they accept section 8 and all has gone down. It is like the "ghetto". The police are constantly looking for people. People hang out drinking & smoking outside! The apt?s are built cheap; the pantry & closet doors constantly fall off track. The carpet is cheap & when the cleaning co. clean the stains don?t go away. People litter the parking lot on the weekends. The security guards are scared to walk the property at night! They have rats & roaches: Beware of the cheap prices; it?s just a trick to keep you fooled. The front of the complex looks nice; but, the back is always dirty. The rent is now cheaper everywhere; I am moving when my lease is up for sure!
