The apartment next door had a smoke detector going off for days. The apartments refused to fix the smoke detector, instead to let it beep for days, with no plans to fix the detector and with no regard to residents who were unable to sleep at night due to a loud ringing smoke detector. Very unsafe, very unfriendly staff, be warned about these apartments, they simply do not care about their tenants.

this is jeremiah one of the maintenance staff members. why don't you call the office and let them know what apartment is beeping or where the beeping is coming from. we never refuse to fix any problem there some work orders take longer to get to but no more the 1-2 day . ex. if you put a work order for a light being out at 3:30 pm , and we got a work order for an air conditioner at 3:35 pm, the air conditioner is going to come first and if we finish in time we'll get to the light work order. if you call the office in the morning i'll get to it before the day ends but if you don't call the office and let them know what apartment is beeping how are we going to know. and how are we unfriendly ?

First of all, the staff members are very friendly! I happen to be one of them! Maybe if you took the time to put yourself on the lease instead of breaking the LAW and living there without our knowledge or the government's, you would see that. Thank you for your uneducated opinion about people you don't even know because we have never heard of you and you have never been into the office, nor have we received not ONE call regarding your smoke detector or your neighbor's to the emergency pager.
