I never got the chance to actually live here, THANK GOD! I had problems with them during the application process. They first explained that only a criminal check would be done and that it was a $99 total movein. So we left and called the next day and they still hadn't processed our application because we never paid them the $99. So we gave then two checks one for the application and one to hold the apartment. The next day we called and they said we didn't pass and so we drove the 45min drive to get out deposit back. They lied to us and said that the apartment manager was the only one who knew the safe combo and that we'd have to wait till monday to get our money back (if she didn't call in sick). They thought we were stupid or something, but the woman who told us this was the apartment manager. So we left only to get a call monday morning from them telling us that they were going to keep the check and that "we" had lost our right to it. After much run around and several calls to the corp. manager in Dallas, they decided that they would be nice and mail the check to us. This place is crappy, don't even think twice about living here.
