Cheap But Not Worth It

During my 7 month lease I've had my AC and both sinks break, each taking more then a week to fix, questionable utility bills, and two fights with mangemnt over a lease agreeement they haven't held to. One of the cheapest places in the area, and I found out the hard way why.
