I live here for 2 years. Only good thing is here is the rent is cheap enough but everything freaking suck. the water bill is pretty high for monthly from the apt.. 54 a month. the ele is to be in your name. the service sucks but they are afraid of me and know I will sue them for zsure. I have threaten them a few time and they do as I say. It best that you know the rules of living in the apt.
