My husband and I have lived at Silvercreek for almost a year, and we've been pleased. Pros: friendly management, well kept grounds, good floor plans, prompt maintenence, pet-friendly, great location.
Cons: office has been unoccupied during office hours a few times, road construction on South 1st, most units don't have washer/dryer hook-ups, and starting at lease renewal tennants are going to be expected to pay part of the community water bill.
Overall, we've been happy with Silvercreek though, and we're planning on renewing our lease. Unlike the previous reviewer, we have never had trouble with the laundry facility being crowded... we're usually the only ones there.
