90's "A" property hangin in a strong "B " in 2001.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
This former "A" property has settled into a comfortable, yet striving to be better "B ". The management is competent, considerate, and co-exists on the property. Seems to have a lot of come and go traffic, not too many one-year-plus leases.. Apartments are interesting in layout, some 2 bedroom green room layouts. Only one laundry room on the property, and can get crowded and irritating on Sunday, 1$ wash, .75 dry (60 minutes). Close to HEB, Randalls, Ben White and 35.
