You'll find this complex in a lively and lovely part of "old Austin"; i lived there more than two years and enjoyed most of it until rent went up... waaay up! But unlike the other reviewers, I'll let you in on this: the long-time manager I signed with left and, since then, the office has been crazy with bad apples. I've always paid rent on time but got an erroneous notice to vacate, and the manager was extremely rude in dealing with their mistake. Parking is good but there have been several break-ins. Rent went up well beyond what it's worth... especially for a twenty year old complex with a torn up 1st street and management! Nice greenbelt view for some, INCREDIBLE downtown view for a lucky few (bldg 3, 3rd floor)!!! It's a good place to live if you can get the right apartment for the right price.
