I'm almost at tne end of my one year lease here. It's a bit on the pricey side but you're paying for location. The grounds are well kept up. The pool has always been clean when I've been there. The office people are friendly. There are some partiers above me who hang out outside a lot but I sleep with my fan on so it drowns them out. No problems with loud neighbors or vice versa. We did have a bug problem that took many sprayings before we began to see a difference - they were surprised in the office but they took all steps to help get rid of them. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
