I ve lived here for 2yrs and unless you want to constantly get picked on by the nunnery of a staff department!
The courtesy officer will come by at all hours for noise complaints even while I ve been watching TV by myself or doing the dishes. She kicked out four of my friends even after she saw beers in their hands and WATCHED THEM GET IN CARS AND DRIVE AWAY!! Then the management (Vicki) will call your parents to discuss your "lifestyle choices!" I m 25 yrs old!!! The staff is rude and unhelpful as soon as you sign your lease since they already have your business. Also, if you request that you do not want anyone to enter your apartment without letting you know (for maintenance requests for instance) they will anyway. The love to snoop around any chance they get. Unless you want to feel like you re living in a strict dormitory DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
ps the laundry and the workout rooms use broken down machines that must be at least 25yrs old.
Finally, all the windows in my car were bashed in one night along with 15 other cars in the parking lot.

why would you let your friends drive away with beer in their hands? I'd call your mom too. And it's not really uncommon for staff to enter apartments while you're away. I'm still not gonna move here by reading other reviews, but still.. yours isn't really helpful. It makes the place sound safer if anything

Ignore that last responder... How does mgmt call someone's parents or family? This is America, right. Thanks for the heads up. If you say DO NOT enter my apt, that needs to be respected. Your review was helpful. Once you sign that lease, it is your home and the legal system respects that so MGMT has to as well. If law enforcement is not coming into your home than why is mgmt?
