Dont really know what people are talking about, aside from the the roaches this place was sweet! Not really the best apartment to live in if you plan on partying, its a quiet complex, very chill and mellow...fits the 78704 code perfectly. Close to st.eds, close to downtown, and affordable. All service requests were answered the day of or the day after. Friendly staff too, had a couple of partys and got in trouble but they were cool about it. Like i said not the best place for parties, but perfect for chill relaxing types of people... Sweet Pool too!!!!! just gets crowded sometimes.
