Silvercreek Apartments has treated me well. The apartments themselves are very nice and the complex is kept up well. I never had a bug/roach problem and the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. They never "snooped" on me or bothered me for that matter. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick. Any maintenance request I put in was dealt with fixed that day (if not within the very hour). The community itself is very quiet which I happened to enjoy very much. I am a student and appreciated being able to study in quiet. Another plus to the apartments is that I never, ever heard my neighbors. The apartments were made to be condos so the walls are very thick.
My only complaints about the apartments is that (1) the laundry facilities are not very good. The machines often took my money and many of them were broken down. (2) In the morning and during rush hour it is difficult to make a left turn to leave the complex.
Overall those complaints are pretty minor and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Contrary to some other reviews I have read, I believe that the staff is absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful. I think you would enjoy your time here.
